Raw honey from our hives in Aldie, Virginia, infused with culinary lavender. It has a soft floral sweetness and a gentle herbal finish.

How to enjoy: stir it into tea or lemonade, drizzle it over scones, shortbread or vanilla ice cream, pair it with goat cheese, or whisk it into a salad dressing.
